I’m Aliza Horowitz, in private practice in Brooklyn, New York.

I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor. My practice offers psychotherapy services for adults, couples, and children. I believe that one size never fits all, therefore I tailor the therapy to the individual. People who contact me are usually doing so because they are experiencing difficulty in their personal relationships or are experiencing uncomfortable symptoms of stress, depression, anxiety and other related problems. These are symptoms of something more complex going on in your life. I'm here to help you work it through.
